The Chakra Scholarship program is a joint initiative of Jaljeevika & Synergy Group aims to provide female students from underprivileged backgrounds with the opportunity to study maritime courses that help them to pursue a career in the marine shipping industry. Through this program, we aim to exemplify women empowerment in India by breaking barriers and enabling talented females from marginalized backgrounds to access education & pursue thriving careers in the male-dominated maritime industry, fostering gender equality and economic independence. This initiative not only transforms the lives of these young women but also contributes to reshaping societal norms, demonstrating that women can excel in traditionally male-dominated fields.
