District Team Leader

The District Team Leader will lead the programme's implementation, building and managing the team and key external stakeholder relationships, while developing, managing and strengthening value chains and market linkages for ongoing and proposed projects. The role works closely with the SPMU GCF-ECRICC Project and reports to the State Project Manager and Socio-Economic & Livelihood Associate.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience with a postgraduate degree in Business Marketing, Business Management, Social Work, or a related field — or 5+ years' experience with an undergraduate degree in the same field
- Proven expertise in building networks with market forces for developing strong market linkages and enhanced consumer access
- Experience negotiating with market players, including companies, wholesalers and value-chain specialists, is an advantage
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
Landscape Project Coordinator

The Landscape Project Coordinator will be placed at the block (landscape) level to lead project interventions, mobilise communities, and coordinate with field staff, Community Resource Persons, and local officials to ensure the smooth implementation of activities across assigned villages.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience with a postgraduate degree in Social Work — or 4+ years' experience with an undergraduate degree from a recognised institute/university in the same field
- Demonstrated experience working with Government Agencies, NGOs, or International Development Organisations in social mobilisation, institution and capacity building
- Experience bringing constructive collaboration through convergence between ongoing/proposed government schemes at the state and district level
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
